Dual Xeon Rack Chassis
Our Ultra-Cool, rack chassis feature thermally correct™
cooling systems specifically designed for the Dual Intel Xeon ™ configuration
utilizing Intel's Server Class motherboards. The tests on the system
showed results well within the tolerances for the entire Intel Xeon
processor family currently on the market.
MODULAR THINKING
Computer software has for several years been "modularized" so that
blocks of code or "modules" can basically be "cut and pasted" to allow
software developers to more quickly assemble complex software without
having to retype many lines of code. CCSI has applied similar logic
in designing our unique line of new ultra cooled 1U, 2U, 3U and 4U
chassis. By designing our chassis to be assembled from various modules
we eliminate chassis obsolescence and minimize inventory and warehouse
and shipping expenses for both our partners and us. Another benefit
provided by our modular design is the ultimate in upgradability for
the end user. Besides providing "thermally correct" chassis cooling
features, all of our new chassis also support modular drive bay configurations
incorporating support for fixed mounted hard drives as well as both
hot swap IDE and SCSI hard drives. All of our designs feature a unique
reversible I/O expansion slot bracket that allows use of left or right
sided riser cards. Our 1U chassis also feature a unique "future proof"
removable I/O shield, which can be replaced with new designs, as future
motherboards become available . Many of our designs also support several
power supply options including single power supplies and redundant
power supplies with 2, 3, and even 4 power modules. "Outside the box"
you will find removable locking front doors that can be customized
in color and design . Whether you are an end user or a large volume

4U Quad Xeon Ultra-Cooled Server
The RC0452 is built around the Tyan Thunder GC-HE (S4520) Motherboard
platform. Aside from delivering optimal performance from your Intel
Xeon processors, this chassis incorporates many design features
which take advantage of the many innovations in the Tyan Thunder GC-HE
(S4520) .

The RC0103 is the first fully fault-tolerant 1U
dual Xeon 'Westville' based server on the market. Featuring
hot-swappable 300+300 watt power supplies and hard drives as well
as the exclusive CCSI Wind Tunnel cooling system the RC0103x
is the best solution for a high availability server where extreme
density is a must. The 300+300 watt power supplies have been rigorously
tested and developed to deliver peak performance even when one is
removed, and their frontal position in the chassis makes for easy
removal and replacement. Two hot-swappable hard drives are available
in either SCSI or IDE configurations, as well as space for one internal
drive for 'hot spare' or other uses.

The RC0102 1U Ultra-Cooled Chassis
The RC-0102 is our most flexible 1U Dual Intel Xeon
chassis It features 2 fixed or hot-swappable SCSI or IDE drive bays
and a third bay that can be configured for an exposed 3.5" device
or as a 3rd fixed or hot swappable hard drive bay plus notebook style
micro floppy drive and slim CD-ROM bays. Drive shuttles are of nickel-plated
steel construction for superior drive cooling beyond the capability
of any plastic drive shuttle. CPU cooling is achieved through the
innovative CCSI Wind Tunnel™ design, which makes sure the air blowing
across the heat sinks is always cool, fresh "outside the box" air
and not hot recirculated air from inside of the chassis. The CCSI
Wind Tunnel™ in conjunction with our custom all copper low profile
heat sinks insures that you system runs "full speed ahead" and not
throttled back due to CPU overheating. The 400-watt power supply is
easy swap and can be replaced without removing the chassis lid. The
front door is key lockable and removable for both security and easy
system access. Extendable rear support rails are standard and ball
bearing slide rails are optional.
The RC-0104 was conceived to house an ultra compact
RAID system in 1U Dual Intel Xeon chassis. It features 4 fixed or hot-swappable
SCSI or IDE drives bays plus notebook style micro floppy drive and slim
CD-ROM bays. Drive shuttles are of nickel-plated steel construction
for superior drive cooling beyond the capability of any plastic drive
shuttle. CPU cooling is achieved through the innovative CCSI Wind Tunnel™
design, which makes sure the air blowing across the heat sinks is always
cool, fresh "outside the box" air and not hot recirculated air from
inside of the chassis. The CCSI Wind Tunnel™ in conjunction with our
custom all copper low profile heat sinks insures that you system runs
"full speed ahead" and not throttled back due to CPU overheating. Overall
system cooling is further enhanced by the implementation of the CCSI
COOL CORNER™ cutout chassis design allowing for optimum exhaust airflow.
